When you decide to use our payroll services, you’ll need to complete our setup forms and send us proof of identity of beneficial owners for anti-money laundering purposes.
Our experienced payroll account managers will work closely with you to guide you through the set-up process and be on hand to answer your questions.
We work closely with a nominated person(s) within your business who sources and collates information, for example, new employee information, salary, and hours worked.
Each pay period the nominated person(s) send us the details of your staff’s hours, salary, overtime, holiday and sickness, via email or our document portal.
We process the pay period changes as advised and send your management reports and copy payslips, including advising you what PAYE/NIC liabilities are due. If required we can even arrange to pay your staff for you using one of our payment service options.
